All I can say is that it feels soft, foamy and comfortable!! I wear US13 for all my shoes, so I bought the 48 sized thong and its perfect fit with still a bit of room to spare!! Tried it on and it felt like I was walking on clouds, not that I have ever walked on clouds before but it honestly feels great when wearing it. Only thing is how long it will last...
